GIBARA: INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF POOR CINEMA (CUBA)

I visited this place in December of 2006 during a travel to Cuba, 2 years before Ike Hurricane hit strongly this area. 
Gibara is a municipality of the county Holguín in the Republic of Cuba,
founded in 1817,it is know as the "White-Villa". Possesses a rich history and own culture.Gibara has a beautiful and exhuberant landscapes and architectural places but the biggest welth is its people.It is in this coastal city declared National Monument in 2002 ,where take place, since the year of 2003, The International Festival of Poor Cinema where films are presented in different categories.
